Over the last couple of weeks you’ve probably seen a few updates come out for all the Molecular titles. The reason for this was that we had made some real optimisations in the sequel to  Molecular and due to 95% of the work being in the engine code the optimisations “just worked” in the original version after a quick recompile. 

I also took the opportunity to fix a coding bug which I’m still no sure was the right thing to do. It seems the atoms were having there entity update function called twice, which meant they moved twice as fast per frame as expected. So I’ve “fixed” it. The atoms now move slower, but the motion is much smoother.

If you don’t like it please let me know through our support page and if enough people chime in I’ll look into changing it back. Actually this goes for anything in the game.
